Who we are looking for?

  • Someone mechanically inclined, dependable, with 3-5 years experience in the HVAC trade
  • Someone who can work safely following company policies
  • Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
  • Wire low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
  • Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing & charging
  • Install sheet metal and flex duct systems
  • Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
  • Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
  • Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
  • Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle

The Role
As a Field Supervisor, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired departmental metrics. You will listen to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best solution to meet their needs and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals. The Field Supervisor will work side-by-side with the Service Manager to support and foster the health of the plumbing department, which includes ongoing training and development of it’s team members.
The position will be based in our office and have varying working hours based on the needs of the business.

The Role

Diagnose and repair drain issues and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Responsibilities 

  • Complete all drain cleaning, jetting and cable work related to in-home, service calls.
  • Successfully hand off main drain blockage calls to the Sewer Sales Representative.
  • Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
  • Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.
  • Help customers select the right maintenance plan and understand warranty information.
  • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
  • Protect drain cleaning and camera equipment and keep a well inventoried truck.

The Role

As a warehouse assistant/runner you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure the warehouse runs as efficently as possible in order to maximize profitibility and productivity.

You will assist the warehouse manager and maintain a safe and accountable workplace.

Responsibilities 

  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily tasks.
  • Maintain an orderly warehouse and parts area.
  • Deliver to and from job sites.
  • Stage installation jobs.
  • Check Limric-owned tools and equipment in/out.
  • Verify counts and prices on shipments.
  • Fill inventory requests from service and installation technicians.
  • Assist with fleet management duties as assigned.

The Role

This position will assist both the HVAC service and installation teams in ensuring jobs are completed with a high level of accuracy. You will identify and report technical deficiencies within the department and assist with finding a solution. 

Responsibilities 

  • Respond to emergencies and/or service calls and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems/equipment that is under warranty to determine the nature of the problem.
  • Locate and diagnose problems, assess the extent of repairs, and describe options to the customer. 
  • Perform repairs of complete systems to include repairing/replacing switches, thermostats, transformers, gauges, wiring fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, piping, and other functional components of the system.
  • Complete required forms with accuracy on each call.
  • Report findings to the HVAC Technical Training Manager and help formulate training plans.

Competencies for Success

  • Knowledge of HVAC install and service.
  • Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience.

The Role

Provide Limric customers with the superior level of customer service they have become accustom to. Book incoming service requests, place outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments and communicate effectively with the leadership and dispatch team to get the job done. 

Responsibilities 

  • Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. 
  • Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
  • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.  
  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business. 
  • Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.

The Role

LimRic Plumbing, Heating and Air is seeking motivated individuals with a mechanical inclination to join our team as an HVAC apprentice.

This is a paid “on the job” training program in which you will learn all aspects of the HVAC installation and service trade. Apprentices will assist in system removal and installation, start ups, service diagnostics, parts replacement, indoor air quality solutions, preventative maintenance and much more. We will also train on the importance of building trust with clients and providing top-notch customer service.

Our apprentices are trained both in the field and on-site in our training facility by our HVAC Technical Trainer, Field Supervisors, Senior technicians and Installers

Graduates of our apprenticeship program are typically running their own service/maintenance vehicle within the first year and have the ability to earn unlimited income. This is a full-time permanent position that is eligible for benefits.

  • Check and verify orders to confirm items, quantity, and condition

  • Negotiate vendor pricing
  • Organizing and cleaning warehouse 
  • Receiving, restocking, and counting inventory (warehouse and trucks)

Qualifications

  • Experience in the industry and familiarity with various plumbing parts

The Role

This position will be a cornerstone of the install team by assisting the HVAC Installation Manager in ensuring jobs are completed on time and with a high level of accuracy. You will identify and report technical deficiencies within the department and assist with finding a solution.  Additionally, you will provide technical expertise to HVAC departments, effectively communicate training needs, and assist in developing technical improvement plans to better the department. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Perform quality control visits to ensure  technicians and installers meet quality standards, while documenting and communicating these results to the Install Manager and other field supervisors.
  • Provide general support to the install department and work with other departments as assigned.
  • Ability to work effectively and lead by example, following all LIMRIC standards of service and safety.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with other employees. This includes the ability to communicate information verbally and in writing so others will understand.
  • Develop training plans to reduce callbacks and frequency of sub-par installations..
  • Monitor progress and performance of installation staff while developing training plans to support their growth and development.

  • Knowledge of HVAC install and service.
